Vagrant 1.9.8 已发布，Vagrant 是构建和分发开发环境的工具。

Vagrant 管理的开发环境可以通过 AWS 或 OpenStack 在云中的虚拟化平台（如 VirtualBox 或 VMware ）运行，也可以在 Docker 或 Raw LXC 等容器中运行。

Vagrant 提供了创建和管理完整的便携式开发环境的框架和配置格式。这些开发环境留存在你的计算机或云端，并可在 Windows、Mac OS X 和 Linux 之间移植。
