你以 STAR 框架式的方式讲故事,不但方便自己讲的时候理思路,更便于面试官理解(训练有素的面试官都会在内心按着这个顺序等你的反馈),成功的机会也自然会更高。即使做不了男女神的那一位,起码也争取到一份有趣有料的好工作吧。
花点时间重新准备你的简历,把那些虚张声势的大词汇,换成人话——实实在在的数据和案例。
无论是情场还是职场,照抄别人都很难获得成功。
