PowerShell Core 使用 .NET Core 2.0 作为其运行时。.NET Core 2.0 使 PowerShell Core 能够在多个平台（Windows，MacOS和Linux）上工作。PowerShell Core 还公开了由 .NET Core 2.0 提供的用于 PowerShell cmdlet 和脚本上的 API。
